Downgrade your project to Premiere Pro CS6
Turn a newer .prproj into a file Premiere Pro CS6 opens directly. CS6 is the last version that did not require a subscription, and plenty of offline edit bays still run it. You usually need it because that is simply what the receiving end has installed.

Which versions can be downgraded to CS6
Any project newer than CS6 can come down to it. A project older than CS6 does not need downgrading — CS6 can already open it.

What changes after downgrading to CS6
Anything CS6 cannot read is cleared out, which is what lets it open the project at all. That is the nature of downgrading, not a conversion error. Sequences, layers, effects and expressions are kept wherever possible.
